Private beta now forming

Stop sold-out products from sitting at the top of your Shopify collections.

SortPilot automatically moves unavailable products down, keeps each collection sorted by its own rules, and shows a clear log of every change — usually in under 90 seconds.

Shopify does not know which products should be shown first for each collection.

Native sorting is fine for small catalogs. It breaks down when products sell out, new items launch, seasonal collections change, and one product belongs in multiple collections with different priorities.

🛑

Sold-out products stay visible

Customers click products they cannot buy. You usually notice only after the collection already looks messy.

🧱

Manual drag-and-drop does not scale

Once a collection has hundreds of products, manually arranging products becomes a recurring chore.

🗂️

One global rule is not enough

New Arrivals, Sale, Bestsellers, and Clearance collections need different rules — not one shared sorting logic.

See what changes before and after SortPilot.

SortPilot watches real inventory changes and reorders the affected collection using the rules you set.

This is illustrative demo data, not a promise that every collection will sort identically. Your rules decide the final order.

Not another black-box sorting app.

The beta is intentionally focused: fast inventory response, independent rules per collection, product pins, and clear explanations.

Fast inventory response

When inventory changes, SortPilot reacts quickly instead of waiting for the next scheduled batch job.

🗂️

Per-collection rules

Use different rules for New Arrivals, Sale, Bestsellers, Clearance, or any collection that needs its own logic.

📌

Pins and safe overrides

Keep hero products where they belong while still allowing the rest of the collection to sort automatically.

📋

Clear change log

See what changed, why it changed, and when it happened. No guessing whether the app actually acted.

This beta is not for every Shopify store.

Good beta feedback comes from stores where collection order actually affects sales.

Good fit

  • Stores with 300+ products and several active collections.
  • Stores where products regularly sell out, restock, or rotate seasonally.
  • Merchants who currently sort manually or are unhappy with delayed sorting.
  • Shopify agencies managing product-heavy client stores.

Not a good fit yet

  • Tiny stores where collection order barely changes.
  • Dormant stores, test stores, or stores without real sales activity.
  • Stores needing a full AI personalization suite on day one.
  • Merchants who cannot share basic feedback during beta.
